News Quantum-inspired software for water modelling

Selected by the Dutch ministry of Defence and Infrastructure & Water Management for the Purple NECtar Quantum Challenge, our Aquaduct project unites us with Deltares and QuiX Quantum to advance water modeling through quantum technology.

News Aquaduct Advances to Phase 3 of the Purple NECtar Quantum Challenge

Our consortium of Fermioniq, Deltares, and Quix Quantum have been awarded €250k for further development of quantum and quantum-inspired algorithms for water modelling.

News Fermioniq’s Ava to power quantum emulation on OQC Cloud

Fermioniq’s Ava is available as an emulation backend on OQC Cloud, providing a digital twin for OQC’s Toshiko quantum computer. Users of OQC Cloud will be able to access scalable noiseless and noisy tensor network emulation by selecting Toshiko CPU Emulator & Toshiko GPU Emulator as a backend. The integration will allow users to extensively test and debug their quantum applications before running them on OQC Toshiko.
